About Our Client


Our client is a world-renowned manufacturer for interior furnishings across industrial, commercial and residential spaces. Their products are well received in more than 100 countries and has 800 employees globally. Recognised for strong brand presence and engineering excellence, they are expanding rapidly. Today, they are looking for a Head of Sales to spearhead regional growth (Asia) to penetrate the market and finding new channels of growth for the company.

Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing regional commercial strategy. You will lead sales performances, manage strategic partners and coach your team to deliver targeted revenue growth.Other responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned region.
  • Expand customer base by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate your regional sales team; set clear performance KPIs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy plan aligned with Managing Director's commercial vision.
  • Confident in engaging and presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Manage sale cycles, tender process and cross functional alignment for project success.

The Successful Applicant


  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineer or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales/commercial experience in industrial, airconditioning, construction or heavy-equipment sectors.
  • Sales team management experience (Coaching, Leadership)
  • Regional experience in Asia with strong distributor/dealer management expertise.
  • Strong hunting mentality with track record of winning new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Flexible to travel within SEA
