Job Description:
- Ensure the company has the right people and resources in place and uses them efficiently.
- Manage all pricing activities, including rate sheets for key customers, pricing for new products and services, and vendor data analysis.
- Maintain the rates database and work closely with the IT team for updates and improvements.
- Work with Operations and Customer Service teams to keep rate sheets up to date and aligned with current costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Review business reports and KPIs to track performance and share updates with management.
- Help create and improve new products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow company revenue.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, branding, and promotions.
- Join regular sales calls and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Oversee service contracts with customers, ensuring they are current and accurate.
- Make sure processes and SOPs are clearly defined, implemented, and followed.
- Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key vendors and service providers.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of company activities.
- Mentor and support managers to improve their leadership and communication skills.
- Follow and support company safety and quality management systems.
- erform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in the logistics industry (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and suppliers from different backgrounds.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
