Job Title: Regional Head of Sales
Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Manage and drive the region's overall P&L, focusing on revenue generation through client acquisition, account growth, anddelivery excellence.
- Client & Account Management: Lead the strategy for Client Acquisition (newaccounts), Account Mining (existing accounts), and Relationship Managementwith key stakeholders.
- Delivery Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all client requirements across the APAC region, coordinating with Recruitment Managers across various geographies.
- Revenue Management: Responsible for securing and delivering substantial contracts, including managing and delivering projects from SGD 1 10 million.
- Business Partnering: Proactively coordinate with and support Business Managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective, thorough solutions.
- Team Setup: Strategically plan and execute the setup of core team and specialized teams.
- Ensure compliance with all Regulatory matters.
Client Management
- Client Strategy: Drive Client Management for both contractors and permanent staffing partners, including new Client identification, contract signing (MSAs), and renewals.
- Grievance Handling: Manage all aspects of contractor hiring, including grievance handling and client management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with Post-Graduation/MBA in a business-related field (e.g.,Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Finance, orequivalent)
- Must have worked in a capacity of Senior Manager or above in a similar domain.
- Proven track record in managing P&L responsibilities in a regional/APAC context.
- Deep expertise in 360-degree full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale staffing/recruitment deals.
