This is a senior leadership role where you'll design and drive reward frameworks across salary, incentives, and benefits - ensuring they're competitive, equitable, and aligned to business goals. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and part of the People and Culture leadership team, you'll business partner senior leaders providing expert advice on remuneration, governance, incentives and performance outcomes. This is a role for someone who balances strategy with action - using data, education, and clear communication to simplify complexity and empower the business.
This role can be based either at either our Sydney offices (Warriewood or Surry Hills beside central train station) or in our Singapore office we also offer flexible working.
