Role Overview
The Head of Revenue / Revenue Manager will act as a cluster-level revenue lead, overseeing revenue strategy across multiple hospitality assets under The Assembly Place, including hotels, serviced apartments, and other accommodation types (e.g. bangsal). This role focuses on dynamic pricing, revenue optimisation, and performance management across a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing revenue for multiple hotels or hospitality assets and is comfortable working closely with senior leadership to drive topline performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Cluster Revenue Manager across multiple hospitality assets (hotels, serviced apartments, and other accommodation types).
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximise revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR.
- Analyse market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to optimise room rates and distribution strategies.
- Oversee revenue performance across all properties and provide regular reports and insights to the GM and CEO.
- Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional strategies.
- Manage channel distribution, rate parity, and inventory allocation across OTAs and direct channels.
- Forecast demand and revenue performance across the portfolio.
- Support the setup and optimisation of revenue systems and processes where required.
- Travel for short business or day trips as needed to support property reviews or alignment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
- Experience handling multiple hotels or hospitality assets simultaneously.
- Strong background in dynamic pricing and yield management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel for short business or day trips when required.
Preferred Background
- Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or mixed-use hospitality portfolios.
- Familiarity with revenue management systems and hospitality analytics tools.
