About the Opportunity

Were working with a high-growth financial services business backed by a leading global private equity investor. They are on an exciting journey to reimagine how retail wealth customers are served in Asia, through a next-generation model.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a transformational initiative; building the strategy, designing the Target Operating Model (TOM), and leading execution to scale. For the right leader, this role offers scope to take on P&L ownership and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail wealth.

What Youll Do

• Define and deliver the strategy for a new retail wealth proposition.
• Design and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) across distribution, customer experience, and operations.
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Bring best practices and innovation to redefine retail wealth engagement.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with growth ambitions.
• Potentially assume P&L responsibility as the business scales.

What Were Looking For

• 1015 years of experience in retail wealth, private banking, or financial services.
• Strong track record in strategy, distribution, or transformation within banks, insurers, or wealth platforms.
• In-depth understanding of the retail wealth model, including both opportunities and pitfalls.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building something new in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
