About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Recruitment to lead talent acquisition for our Group Executive leadership and overseas business operations across APAC, Middle East & Africa, India, and Australia.
This role will be responsible for shaping and executing global hiring strategies, with a strong focus on senior leadership hiring, workforce planning, and building high-performing regional teams to support the company's international growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the Group's global expansion plans
- Partner closely with senior leadership to anticipate talent needs across multiple international markets
- Drive workforce planning and hiring prioritization for critical and emerging business areas
2. Executive Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and critical roles, including C-suite and country leadership positions
- Design and execute targeted executive search strategies, including market mapping and direct sourcing
- Ensure a strong pipeline of diverse, high-calibre leadership talent globally
3. Regional & Overseas Recruitment Management
- Oversee recruitment activities across APAC, Middle East & Africa, India, and Australia
- Provide guidance and governance to regional HR teams and external partners
- Ensure consistency in recruitment standards, processes, and employer branding across markets
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent trends
- Collaborate with regional HR, business heads, and external partners to deliver hiring outcomes
- Influence decision-making at senior levels through data-driven insights
5. Talent Market Intelligence & Employer Branding
- Conduct ongoing market research on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscape
- Strengthen employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice in key markets
- Leverage data analytics to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness
6. Process Excellence & Compliance
- Establish best-in-class recruitment processes, tools, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring regulations across all markets
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate experience)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree preferred
- 12-15+ years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to executive search and international hiring
- Proven track record of hiring for senior leadership roles across multiple geographies
- Strong understanding of talent markets across APAC, Middle East & Africa, India, and Australia
- Experience working in a multinational, fast-growing organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in renewable energy / infrastructure / engineering / relevant industry
- Prior experience in building or leading regional/global talent acquisition teams
