Responsibilities
About the team
The APAC RE&F team aims to provide a safe, healthy and efficient workplace to make work simpler and enable company's business development in the APAC region.
- Oversee the portfolio of sites in the region, make sure timely action is carried out by respective teams on lease, fitout, and planning.
- Close work with all the team, to well understand company's culture and real needs from company, establish good community channels with local business users to ensure teams have the right direction.
- By following company guidelines, develop and implement local routines to execute leasing transactions, fitout project execution, planning in a safe, quality, timely, and economical manner.
- Maintain constant and necessary communication and alignment with related teams on all major subjects to ensure proper decision-making processes are complied with, as per company policies.
- Provide solutions for short to longer term strategy.
- Engage with business leaders and understand the businesses needs, provide business input and guidance to team to shortlist best solutions from business, operations and cost perspective.
- Work with Corporate Legal/Tax/ to manage contracts, work with HR/OC to ensure design could meet cultural standards, work with IT/Admin/Procurement team to make sure projects go ahead smoothly.
- Looking over the energy utilization and the cash flow. Effective strategies should be conducted on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Financial risks control. Maintaining financial records.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate workplace management experience in the technology industry.
- 5+ years of global or APAC exposure, with real estate experience managing multiple regions.
- Minimum 5+ years leading regional workplace or real estate teams with prior experience of leading a team of 20 at least.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to conduct executive-level communication across the APAC region, since you will be cooperating with stakeholders from China market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a matrix organization and a changing environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience commercializing internal capabilities or building cross-functional platforms.
