Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and promoting customized freight forwarding and logistics solutions across construction, data centre, and heavy cargo & machinery sectors, as well as other key industries accross Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, data centre, heavy cargo & machinery sectors, and other key industries across Southeast Asia to drive revenue growth
• Lead projects from concept to client handover, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Manage project schedules by coordinating vendor activities and implementing cost-tracking systems to control budgets effectively
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to design tailored logistics solutions that meet specific client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and logistics partners to foster long-term partnerships
• Prepare competitive quotations, tenders, and logistics proposals customized to customer needs
• Analyse industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour to identify and capture new business opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts and analytics to management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience selling project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, oversized cargo, and multimodal transportation solutions across Southeast Asia
