Head of Product

• You will be enhancing and building a Healthtech platform, bringing it to the next level.
• You will manage people from Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
• This role reports directly to CEO. You have great autonomy to explore and build new features.

2 rounds of interview to offer. Hybrid working arrangement - 1 day in office, 4 days WFH. Office at CBD area.

• Drive the strategic roadmap and modernization of a massive, highly trusted legacy digital platform while simultaneously building an interactive, community-driven social product from zero-to-one
• Define and execute the product vision for AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., advanced search, personalization, summarization, and workflow automation), including the establishment of quality and risk governance frameworks
• Oversee and mentor a robust, multidisciplinary technology and product organization comprising engineering, project management, QA, and UX/UI design

skills and requirements

• Min 8 years of experience.
• Masterful understanding of end-to-end product lifecycles, agile methodologies, user-centered design principles, and digital growth marketing strategies
• Track record of setting direction for product team
• Experience building 0 to 1 product/platform. Add new features for enhancement
