Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement mid-to-long-term product roadmaps that closely match the company's strategy, technical prowess, and market needs.
- Keep tabs on industry shifts and competitive moves to spot fresh openings and fuel ongoing product innovation.
- Spearhead market probes, user chats, and rival scrutiny to pen Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Sort out feature priorities and set the pace for product segmentation and iterative cycles.
- Liaise with development, testing, sales, and other teams to seamlessly shepherd products from idea to release.
- Draw up project timetables, gauge risks, and devise countermeasures to guarantee timely milestone hits.
- Head up product reviews, in-house training, and customer demos.
- Equip the sales and customer success teams with product training and demo materials to back the sales pipeline.
- Team up tightly with the technical crew to strike a balance between technical viability and market worth.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in energy, computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, with preference given to relevant majors.
- You should bring to the table a minimum of 5 years of hands-on product management, including no less than 2 years in a leadership role for enterprise software or AI platform products. Prior experience in data centers, energy, or the industrial internet sector will give you an edge.
- It would be advantageous if you had a grasp of and practical experience in data center design, construction, and maintenance.
- You need to be well-versed in the entire product life cycle, with a sharp eye for market trends and a deep sense of user empathy.
- Your communication and coordination abilities should be top-notch so you can propel projects forward across different functions.
- Strong data analysis skills are a must to enable data-backed decision-making.
- Proficiency in English is required for crafting high-caliber product documentation and engaging with international clients.
