Job Info:
- Salary: Up to $9,000 basic + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Location: Within walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT
- Company: Electronics manufacturing (Cable assembly, interconnects, and electronic contract manufacturing)
- Team size: 9
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement strategy to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
- Source, manage, and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers
- Support NPI projects, RFQs, and material planning ensure MRP/ERP accuracy
- Manage POs, inventory, and prevent stock shortages or excess
- Handle inbound/outbound logistics, import/export, and freight coordination
- Drive process improvements through automation and ERP enhancements
- Lead and mentor a team of buyers, planners, and supply chain staff
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- At least 8 years of Supply Chain/Procurement experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Background in cable assembly, wire harness, box-build, or system integration preferred
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management skills
- Able to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment
- Good leadership and teamwork skills
