- Own the end-to-end product strategy and platform direction, transforming high level goals into a clear, actionable execution roadmap
- Bridge the gap between engineering, product and regional service delivery to ensure a seamless client experience
- Design and maintain the overall workflow architecture, ensuring modular interactions (e.g., invoicing and payroll are compliant and traceable.
- Partner closely with engineering directors to ensure technical requirements align with customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
- Min 8 years of Product Management experience
- Preferred background in HR-tech, SaaS, or complex fintech operations, with a track record of scaling tech-enabled managed services
- Proven ability to lead both technical (Product/Engineering) and service delivery/operations teams within a regional framework
- Expert in product strategy and 0 to 1 platform development, including the ability to leverage AI tools into the process
- A structured approach to building scalable infrastructure and SOPs rather than relying on manual, heroic effort
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
