Role Overview

As the Head of People, you will be the primary architect of our high-performance culture. Your mission is to attract the world's top AI and engineering talents and build an environment where elite teams thrive during our rapid 0-to-1 scaling phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end search for elite talent across AI research and robotics.
- Work directly with the founders to define team structures, reporting lines, and the evolution of our founding team culture.
- Design and manage competitive compensation frameworks, including salary benchmarking and the administration of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).
- Build high-impact, lightweight performance review cycles and professional development paths tailored for top-tier researchers and engineers.
Requirements
- A deep understanding of what motivates and attracts top-tier talent.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with our global talent pool and core stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance speed with structure, building enough process to scale without introducing corporate bureaucracy.
- Ability to design, document, and iterate on HR SOPs and organizational workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a first HR hire or Head of People at a successful venture-backed tech startup.
- Prior experience in international hiring and managing employment compliance across different jurisdictions.
- A strong existing network within the AI, robotics, or deep-tech talent ecosystems.
