Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: define and execute Singapore's Partnership Strategy, identifying portfolio growth opportunities aligned with company's goals, brand and long term vision. Drive the acquisition and retention of partners to strategically build and strengthen Singapore's partner offering.
- Commercial Value-add: Be commercially driven on ours and our partners behalf, identifying new opportunities to add value to existing partnerships, strengthening relationships and retaining partners in the long run.
- Partnership Management: acquire new partners, build and manage relationships and operations, negotiating the best possible outcomes for both parties and developing partner relations.
- Strategic Market Insights: evaluate industry trends and moves of relevant market players, to identify key growth areas and ensure we have a stronger product offering than our competitors.
- Team Leadership: lead, manage and develop a high performing Partnership Team in Singapore, including hiring the right profiles, mentorship and personal growth aligned with business needs.
- Operational Excellence: ensure that we develop professional and sustainable partnerships, including smooth daily operations and unwavering support to our partners.
- Reporting and Learning: continuously monitor, track and analyse partnerships activity to report to the Executive team and shape future plans, with an always-present high-level perspective on the business direction.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or related industry.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience leading teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Start-up experiences will be advantageous.
- Experience in the hotel and/ or fitness industry is a plus.
