Title: Head of Partnerships- Healthcare Payor

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing digital health companies at an exciting time in its journey to reshape the future of healthcare.

Our client is Asia fast-growing digital health company using disruptive digital technologies to improve access to end-to-end health services for millions of customers.

They are looking for an ambitious, versatile and results-oriented Head of Accounts Partnership to identify and develop new partnership opportunities, manage existing partnerships to drive growth and revenue by working closely with our sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include bringing greater health accessibility through healthcare payor partnerships. Leveraging on your strong and deep network in the payor ecosystem (insurers, brokers) to forge long-term health partnerships.

You act as the primary point of contact for all health partnerships and ensure that partners receive the support and resources they need to succeed.

You lead, manage and execute end-to-end process of sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, developing agreements and executing those partnerships. Maintain all aspects of partnership go-to-market, ensuring that both parties hit their respective timelines prior, during, and after launch.

You develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners. Build and manage fast-paced, high performing and collaborative team.

In addition, you establish, monitor, analyse key performance indicators that will determine the ultimate success of each partnership, adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to partners. Work closely with the product development team to identify and incorporate feedback and insights from partners into our product offering or roadmap.

Requirements:

  • you have more than 7 to 10 years of experience in partnerships development, or management consulting, with successful track record of sourcing, executing, and nurturing strategic partnerships in healthcare industry.
  • You can forge strategic healthcare payors/ providers partnerships that would embed our client's organization into ecosystems that enables greater access and affordability to users.
  • You build and manages new or existing partnership opportunities in the insurance, total benefits, and brokerage ecosystem, driving growth and revenue.
  • An excellent negotiator, experienced in deal structuring, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have strong analytical, leadership, intellectual curiosity, and partnering skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare payors/ providers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably experience in startup.
