• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline demonstrating foundational knowledge essential for success in capital markets advanced qualifications such as CFA or MBA would be advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of capital markets including equities, FX, derivatives and fixed income instruments enabling effective oversight of multi-asset trade execution processes.
• Proven track record in developing operational frameworks that balance efficiency with strict adherence to compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Exceptional analytical skills combined with clear communication abilities allowing you to interpret complex data quickly for both clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated ability to operate calmly under pressure during busy market periods while maintaining focus on accuracy and risk mitigation requirements.
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms as well as market data prior exposure to APIs or automation technologies would be considered beneficial but not mandatory.
