We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our business units across Operations, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Lounges, Facilities, and Food Safety. This role partners closely with HQ and regional teams to drive operational excellence, business growth, and sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight of daily operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with global standards.
- Partner with HQ and regional leadership to develop and execute operational and commercial strategies that achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Oversee financial and business planning, ensuring cost optimization, sustainable performance, and recovery plans for underperforming units.
- Champion innovation, efficiency, and technology adoption to strengthen operational capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including airport authorities, owners, and strategic partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, ensuring succession planning, talent growth, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Support expansion and new business opportunities, including the conceptualization and execution of new lounges and F&B concepts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in a senior management role within the Travel, Airline, F&B and/or Hospitality Industry.
- Proven track record in operational leadership, strategic execution, and financial management.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering on growth and transformation initiatives.
- Experience in new outlet or business unit openings will be an advantage.
