We are partnering with a growing F&B brand in Singapore that is expanding its footprint locally.
They are looking for a hands-on Head of Operations to oversee multiple outlets and play a key role in driving day-to-day operations, team performance, and business growth.
This is a high-ownership role, working closely with the business owner, where you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across stores while supporting new outlet openings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Outlet Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across 4–5 outlets within Singapore
- Ensure consistency in service standards, product quality, and operational execution across all stores
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and ensure operational excellence
2. Hands-On Store Support
- Be actively involved on the ground, supporting outlet teams when required
- Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and implement practical solutions
- Step in to support stores during peak periods or manpower challenges
3. Sales & Performance Management
- Monitor outlet performance, including sales, costs, and KPIs
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue and operational efficiency
- Work closely with outlet managers to achieve business targets
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and frontline teams
- Provide on-the-ground training and guidance to improve team capabilities
- Build a strong, motivated, and performance-driven team culture
5. New Outlet Opening & Expansion Support
- Support upcoming new outlet openings including setup, staffing, and operational readiness
- Ensure smooth execution during pre-opening and post-opening phases
- Stabilise operations for new stores
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-outlet operations within F&B, retail, or service chains
- Strong hands-on operational experience
- Experience in store openings, turnaround, or performance improvement is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable traveling between outlets across Singapore
