My client is a Singapore-headquartered company with international operations is seeking a Head of Operations to lead global manufacturing and operations across Singapore and China. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is critical to scaling production, optimizing cost, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end operations: manufacturing, production engineering, logistics, and contract manufacturing.
- Drive high-yield, low-cost production with lean systems and data-driven execution.
- Oversee new product industrialization and ensure smooth ramp-up across multiple product lines.
- Manage contract manufacturers in China with frequent on-ground presence.
- Optimize logistics, inventory, and fulfillment across global sites.
Requirements:
- 12+ years in hardware manufacturing and operations.
- Fluent in Mandarin able to operate effectively in China.
- Proven track record in factory leadership and contract manufacturing control.
- Strong background in lean operations and process optimization.
- Hands-on, metrics-driven leader with high execution rigor.
