Your new role

. Lead and develop high-performing teams across both locations, setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence.

. Ensure efficient, compliant, and risk-minimized delivery of core services including Payments, Trading, and Trade Finance.

. Collaborate with Branch Management, Global Business Services, and product areas to align operations with business goals.

. Drive continuous improvement, regulatory adaptation, and competency development in a fast-evolving environment.

What you'll need to succeed

. Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing diverse operational teams.

. Strong leadership presence with sharp attention to detail and a proven ability to navigate complex operational challenges.
