Role OverviewAs the Head of Operations, you will serve as the operational backbone for one of Singapore's fastest-growing residential portfolios. We are seeking a high-caliber leader-a General to command a multi-disciplinary team and ensure the seamless management of a diverse portfolio of 25+ buildings. This is a high-impact role requiring a leader who excels in high-pressure environments and demands excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct and mentor a frontline force of Managers, Technicians, and specialized contractors across a 25-building portfolio.

• SOP Development: Architect and deploy comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common area upkeep, defect management, and preventive maintenance.

• Contractor Management: Act as the final authority on quality control audit and manage landscape, pest control, and lift contractors to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements.

• Strategic Planning: Shape the operational DNA of a scaling portfolio, moving with agility to resolve issues before they escalate.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a zero-defect mindset across all assets, from heritage shophouses to modern residential apartments.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related operational leadership role in Singapore.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams with authority and handle difficult stakeholder conversations effectively.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems, statutory requirements, and preventive maintenance frameworks.

• Attributes: High sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, non-bureaucratic environment.

• Communication: Excellent command of English to interface with both high-level stakeholders and frontline technical staff.
