Head of Operations (APAC)

Our client is seeking a Head of Operations (APAC) to lead regional transformation and operational excellence across multiple insurance markets. This is a future-focused role with a mandate to uplift efficiency, accelerate AI and digital adoption, and redesign the regional operating model. Less BAU, more strategy, change, and future-state design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead APAC operating model transformation
• Drive AI, automation, and workflow optimisation
• Oversee outsourcing/offshoring and vendor governance
• Lead & influence regional teams (2030 pax)
• Collaborate across Technology, Product, Distribution & Risk

Requirements:

• 1015+ years in Insurance operations/transformation
• APAC multi-market experience
• Strong leadership & change management capability
• Experience in outsourcing, automation, and digital transformation
