My client is an innovative and rapidly expanding Web3 social and commerce platform that seamlessly integrates social networking, instant messaging, and blockchain-driven commerce within a secure ecosystem. Their goal is to create next-generation digital communities where individuals and businesses can connect, transact, and collaborate safely.
They are currently seeking a Business Manager / Head of Operation to lead strategy implementation, manage operations, and assist the leadership team in scaling the business on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Operations
- Assist the CEO and founders with daily business management, decision-making, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Convert strategic objectives into actionable business plans and ensure effective execution across departments.
- Track KPIs and financial metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform growth opportunities.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee high-priority strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with company objectives.
- Act as a vital link between internal teams (Product, Marketing, Growth, Finance, and Operations) to enhance communication and facilitate execution.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to strengthen relationships and identify new business prospects.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Assist in identifying and negotiating partnerships with ecosystem participants, platforms, and enterprise clients.
- Assess commercial opportunities, model business impacts, and present findings to the leadership team.
- Drive initiatives that reinforce our position as a leading Web3 social commerce platform.
Leadership Support
- Prepare executive summaries, investor presentations, and board reports in partnership with leadership.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively address challenges for the leadership team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping to prioritize strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 610 years of experience in business management, strategy, consulting, or operations (experience in Web3, fintech, consumer tech, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven record of executing strategies.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; experience preparing reports for C-level executives and/or investors.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and highly adaptable, thriving in a high-growth startup environment.
- Passionate about Web3, blockchain, or digital platforms, with a solid understanding of emerging technologies and ecosystems.
