ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head of Membership Acquisition is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving membership growth at Mandala Club.
This position owns all new member acquisition targets, including joining fee revenue and annualised membership revenue. The role leads the membership sales function with full accountability for pipeline performance, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
This is a high-profile revenue-generating role that combines strategic sales leadership with relationship-building across influential individuals. The person in this role represents the Mandala Club brand and must balance commercial results with maintaining Mandala's brand standards and member experience.

Additional accountability includes weekly pipeline reporting, individual target attainment across the team, forecast accuracy, and budget delivery. These KPIs ensure commercial discipline while driving membership growth.
