About the Role:
- Create and lead an effective, scalable and cost-effective onboarding organization
- Own onboarding performance and metrics such as conversion, onboarding speed, rejection rate, etc.
- Manage the country onboarding operational teams, based in India, Indonesia and Malaysia
- Build teams to cover new geographies Aspire will be expanding in
- Help country growth teams (Sales, Partnership, Marketing) to achieve their targets for active new clients
- Collaborate with Onboarding Strategy to optimize the onboarding flow for leads and internal tools and processes
- Collaborate with Onboarding Quality to improve the quality of our KYB
- Work closely with Compliance to refine local onboarding policies
- Troubleshoot and investigate onboarding issues and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues
Be the PIC and report onboarding performance and updates to relevant stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience with track record in a leadership role in operations in tech or financial services
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, customer support or sales operations
- Highly self-driven and take initiative all the time. You make things happen today versus tomorrow, and are hands-on when needed
- Can build from scratch, as well as create & implement a strategy to bring the scope to the next level and can prioritize tasks & targets in a highly unstructured environment
Can build a team of A players and coach your team, you understand how to address strengths and weaknesses, and leverage new opportunities to uplevel the team
