Core Responsibilities:
Market Strategy Planning
Develop and execute brand promotion, user growth, and localized marketing strategies for the Singapore market,Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to optimize marketing resource allocation;
Digital Marketing & User Growth
Lead precision targeting and performance optimization across online channels (social media, SEM/SEO, EDM, etc.);.Design viral campaigns, KOL collaborations, and membership systems to enhance user engagement and retention;
Brand & PR Management
Plan brand events, industry summits, and media partnerships to elevate brand awareness;
Manage PR crises and maintain relationships with local media and regulatory bodies.
Team & Budget Management
Lead local marketing teams and coordinate cross-departmental resources (product, operations, etc.);
Develop budgets and monitor ROl to ensure cost-efficiency maximization.
Requirements:
12+ years in financial/tech industry marketing, 3+ years team management,
Familiarity with Singapore and SEA markets.
Skills:
Proficient in digital marketing tools and data analysis (Google Analytics, SoL, etc.)Financial product compliance awareness (familiarity with MAS regulations preferred)Bilingual in English and Chinese with strong cross-cultural communication skills
