Head of Digital, Integrated Marketing Communications Firm ( SINGAPORE )

Genesis Partners has been exclusively retained to identify a Head of Digital for a growing and award-winning integrated marketing communications consultancy in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for our diverse portfolio of clients across both b2b and b2c sectors. They will have strong client relationship development skills coupled with the ability to advise C-Suite level clients from leading multinationals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client and Business Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Lead teams on RFP response from clients. Work across practices to identify client development opportunities for Digital and Social Media services.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives across social media, paid digital media channels, digital content, website, and Influencer engagement / management.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and technology, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, A.I. tools and best practices to continuously enhance our digital strategies.
  • Market Research and Insight Management: Work with data and analytics team to further development the firm's consultive offering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 12+ years of experience leading digital and social media marketing functions within a consultative setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, and SEO/SEM etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
