Role Purpose
To lead and scale HDFX's Marketing Services and B2B Events Platform, transforming the company from an execution-led business into a tech-enabled, integrated marketing and events solutions provider.
This role owns:
* Marketing services revenue growth
* Development and commercialisation of the events planning & management platform
* Integration of digital tools, data, and automation into client solutions

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Unit Leadership & Growth
* Own full budget for Marketing Services & Events Platform
* Develop and execute a 3-year growth roadmap
* Build scalable service offerings across:
* Marketing services
* Campaign strategy
* Event technology solutions

2. Events Platform Development
* Lead the conceptualisation and rollout of HDFX's B2B event planning platform
* Ensure platform delivers:
* Event planning workflows
* Budgeting & timelines
* Compliance & permit guidance (especially SG/MY)
* Work with tech partners/vendors to build USP and scale

3. Client Solutions & Integration
* Design end-to-end solutions combining:
* Events
* Marketing
* Digital tools
* Partner with Country Leads to support major pitches
* Drive retainer-based engagements, not just project work

4. Team Building & Leadership
* Ensure strong accountability on business unit performance through team work and collaboration within the organisation
* Build a high-performance, commercially driven team

* Position HDFX as a thought leader in event innovation
* Continuous innovation and development of technology for competitive advantage
* Identify trends in:
* Event tech
* Hybrid/virtual experiences
* Data-driven marketing

Ideal Candidate Profile
* 8–12 years in:
* Marketing agency / integrated marketing
* Event tech
* Proven experience building or scaling new business units
* Strong commercial mindset (not just creative/operational)
* Experience working with regional clients (SEA preferred)
