Job Description:
As Head of Marketing at ELGO, you will shape our marketing strategy and ensure successful execution of all marketing activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to dive into B2B enterprise and ecosystem marketing for AI platforms. You will work directly with the CEO and contribute to developing and executing all marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and establishing robust systematic tracking and monitoring of key KPIs across marketing channels. You will also work closely with the sales and partnership team in designing new campaigns and rollout strategies. In the start, you will be the only person working on marketing and is expected to drive many of the marketing activities.
The ideal person for the role would love the fast-changing and dynamic environment, and the challenges that comes with it. He/she will need to be a creative problem solver at heart, regularly thinking out of the box and falling back to first principles to design marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver real outcomes, instead of just following playbooks. He/she would also need to be systematic and experiment-minded, constantly running experiments and evaluating effectiveness of each campaign and experiment systematically. He/she is would also be extremely proactive, both in working and learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
. Lead the development and implementation of ELGO's overall marketing strategies.
. Optimize company website SEO and enhance existing content marketing campaigns.
. Maintain and update company website using webflow.
. Collaborate with the technical leads and subject matter experts to create engaging content for various digital platforms.
. Help manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and brand-aligned communication.
. Support the organization of virtual and in-person events, webinars, trainings, and workshops.
. Analyse marketing data to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
. Explore, implement and evaluate new marketing campaigns and channels.
. Establish a robust system or process to track and monitor various metrics across channels and customer segments.
Requirements:
Core Requirements
. Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates without formal education but with strong practical experience are welcomed.
. 2-8 years working experience in a hands-on and leadership marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup, tech consultancy firm, or B2B enterprise solutions.
. Strong experience and knowledge in SEO and optimization tactics.
. Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, design software etc.
. Able to design, implement and evaluate experiments to test different marketing strategies and campaigns.

The Interview Process:
. There will be a total of 3 rounds of interview:
o 1st round: 30 minutes of general Q&A with the CEO
o 2nd round: 60 minutes technical session, where you will be given a real problem and is required to formulate strategies and campaigns within 30 minutes. Q&A for the remaining time.
o 3rd round: 15 minutes for work arrangements and compensation package discussions.
