Head of Marketing (Education)

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)
Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM (excluding public holidays)

Salary: $ 7000 - $ 8000

Job Description

Lead the Marketing Department and drive student recruitment, revenue growth, business development, and overall school growth.
Develop and implement marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract students.
Liaise with education agents, business partners, and key stakeholders.
Oversee admissions coordination, agent management, CRM systems, sales processes, and departmental workflows.
Lead, supervise, and develop marketing staff while monitoring performance and improving operational efficiency.
Manage digital marketing, social media, marketing content, and promotional activities across relevant channels.
Monitor departmental performance, prepare management reports, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with school policies, EduTrust requirements, and relevant guidelines, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in student recruitment, education marketing, sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and relevant marketing, sales, or CRM systems.
