Job Description

THE ROLE

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of APAC, customer segments, and consumer finance trends to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Localize and scale brand and product marketing to drive awareness, acquisition, and usage among consumers.
  • Own and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, partnerships, PR, and community-building initiatives.
  • Leverage performance marketing to drive growth.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimally 10 years of proven track record in marketing. A mix of experience in FinTech, digital banking, start ups and financial services is essential.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies in lean environments.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition, with a data-informed approach.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to build from scratch.
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written English.
