Senior/Mid-Senior Marketing Manager to support regional Growth Products Marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with the Director of Growth Products Marketing and includes a mix of media planning and execution in addition to product marketing activations and go-to-market.
What You'll Do
. Execute endtoend marketing initiatives for key growth products across APAC
. Develop holistic marketing plans, product marketing materials, product onepagers, partner collateral, and internal enablement content
. Support GTM execution for feature launches, enhancements, and market rollouts
. Support country marketing teams to ensure localized execution (e.g., Korea, Singapore, Greater China, Vietnam)
. Manage workflows across product, marketing, comms, legal, and design teams
. Support data collection, adoption reporting, and leadership update materials
. Drive internal communications such as newsletters and regional updates
.Contribute to GTM strategy development and messaging frameworks
. Identify process improvements to streamline adoption and execution
.Synthesize market feedback to refine positioning and strategic focus
What We're Looking For
. 6-10+ years in growth marketing, product marketing or B2B & B2C tech/fintech marketing
. Strong executional capability with experience managing crossfunctional programs
. Excellent content development and storytelling skills
.Comfortable operating independently and driving projects endtoend
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed global environment
.Experience with product teams or payments/fintech is a plus
. Solid project management and organizational skills
.Familiarity with analytics or adoption metrics preferred
