Your Career
We're looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven Marketing leader to run the marketing operation for our ASEAN region. You will partner with the Regional Vice President and ASEAN leadership team, and JAPAC marketing leadership team, along with your regional sales teams, GTM leads and channel ecosystem. As someone who understands how to operate like a CMO of your region, you will lead on key growth initiatives like CXO engagement/ABM programs, demand generation, and drive quality pipeline with a target contribution for the business. Your role will also extend to leading the development of ASEAN's channel business and expansion into the commercial/SMB segment. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning, field and program marketing experience - and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves alongside your team.
Your Impact
Build a strategic plan to drive business, brand and thought leadership in the ASEAN market
Partner with sales leadership on the overall needs, strategy, focus, approach and regular expected results from marketing specific to your region
Provide data, insights and supporting engagement on strategic accounts and segments to support sales and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Execute account based marketing programs on behalf of sales, and demonstrate to reps how they can execute program elements on their own
Directly execute and own a broad range of critical components of your marketing strategy focused on top partners, accounts, industries and segments
Drive local, high touch, thought leadership and customer executive collaboration and community on the topic of cybersecurity
Advise the corporate and in theatre Centre of Excellence/GTM leads as they develop, plan, execute, and measure supporting, highly impactful demand generation and marketing campaigns
Oversee the work with the top alliances / partners to develop their overall marketing and customer engagement approach
Act as the local representative for marketing in your region
Plan and execute best in class ASEAN wide demand creation campaigns that drive pipeline creation and conversion both and prospect engagement to direct and channel partner sales teams with a particular focus on the online, social and high volume marketing tactics
[Work with regional Centre of Excellence/GTM leads and global campaign team to establish continuous improvement and a common campaign framework for the ASEAN market
Manage the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with inside sales including lead capture, nurture, segment and account based marketing
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and conversion against the agreed pipeline goals
Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Create a dramatic, measurable, incremental increase in marketing impact for ASEAN
Your Experience
10 years+ best-in-class marketing experience within a Cybersecurity, high tech or fast-paced B2B, marketing environment, preferably with an understanding of security and its role in the future of technology
A strong influencer and collaborator, comfortable with executive-level stakeholder management
Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
Do whatever it takes attitude. A unique and proven ability to develop strategy and execute, day in and day out, at an incredibly high level against consistent results
Excellent project management skills as well as exceptional attention to detail
Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
Good communication skills to advocate for needs of stakeholders and mobilize cross functional teams
Hands on experience with Salesforce.com and common business-intelligence / dashboarding applications
Strategic thinker that can align plans to drive an outcome
Provide consultative input to senior sales and marketing leaders
Solid understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles
Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and running C-level executive programs
People management experience is desirable
Experience in digital marketing is desirable
Willingness to learn, embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks, see effort as a path to mastery, learn from feedback and find lessons and inspiration in the success of others
