About the Role

We are partnering with a global tech-driven delivery platform (operating in 70+ countries) to find a Head of Legal - Commercial & Product to lead their legal and compliance function in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. As a senior legal advisor, you'll drive strategic legal initiatives across commercial, product, regulatory, and operational areas. You'll lead a high-performing legal team and work closely with Product and Management teams to shape and scale their business.

What You'll Do

Lead all legal and compliance operations across Singapore and selected regional markets.
Advise on commercial contracts, partnerships, and new product launches.
Oversee compliance frameworks: anti-bribery, anti-corruption, data privacy, etc.
Manage legal disputes, corporate housekeeping, and external legal counsel.
Support M&A and strategic corporate projects.
Act as a bridge between local markets and global HQ for legal alignment and governance.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of post-qualification legal experience (Singapore Bar preferred).
Strong mix of private practice and in-house experience in tech, platforms, or e-commerce.
Solid exposure to product, commercial, and regulatory legal advisory.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence business strategy.
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
