Head of Leasing

A prominent SGX-listed REIT is seeking an experienced Leasing leader to look after their retail and commercial portfolio in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will report to the General Manager and will lead a lean team. You will oversee a portfolio of both retail and office properties in Singapore. Key responsibilities include - lead the leasing strategy, annual business plan and budget across the portfolio, driving NLA targets, rental revenue, occupancy and tenant mix outcomes. You will also oversee lease renewals and asset repositioning for stabilised malls and build relationships with strategic retail tenants and regional brands, while leading commercial negotiations.

Requirements

You possess minimum of 10 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in luxury leasing. You are familiar with developing lease strategies, tenant prospecting, lease negotiation and stakeholder management. You also possess in-depth knowledge of the latest retail real estate market trends and leasing practices.

To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is proactive, collaborative and is a problem-solver. You are also an excellent communicator and places an emphasis on building relationships with various stakeholders.
