Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of International Business to lead and accelerate the company's international growth across multiple global markets. This is a senior commercial leadership position for an experienced Food & FMCG professional, particularly someone with exposure to packaged foods, pantry staples, spices, seasonings, salt, flour-based products, pulses, millets and ready-to-cook food categories. The role will take ownership of the existing international business, strengthen distribution and profitability, build the international team, and identify new markets and growth opportunities.

• 15+ years of experience in international business, commercial, sales or export leadership, preferably within the food/FMCG industry.
• Strong experience managing multiple international markets with direct commercial responsibility.
• Experience across several priority international geographies, ideally including the ASEAN or GCC.
• Strong understanding of international food distribution, retail, modern trade, import/export and channel development.
• Experience handling categories such as packaged foods, spices, seasonings, staples, grains, flour, pulses, salt, ready-to-cook or convenience foods.
• Proven track record of building and scaling international businesses.
• Experience developing new markets, customers and strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, profitability and cash generation.
• Experience building and leading international teams.
• Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with extensive international travel.
• Digitally savvy with an understanding of social media, content marketing, technology and AI applications.
