About the Role
We are seeking a Head of International Business Development to lead international growth. The role owns market strategy, expansion and pipeline creation across selected geographies, while strengthening the company's presence in existing regions. accountability for contract wins and revenue outcomes, with visibility to executive leadership.
You are responsible for data driven business plans-covering competitive analysis, risk assessment and financial forecasting-and provide market feedback to guide product and solution evolution. You will also build trusted relationships with customers, partners and local authorities, maintaining early visibility of upcoming opportunities (including tenders/RFIs), and representing the business at selected international engagements. Internally, the role partners with product, engineering, marketing, legal and operations to drive cohesive execution, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and proactively managing geopolitical and commercial risk.

Requirements
You are fluent in senior stakeholder engagement, structured partnership building, and close collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure solutions remain competitive and aligned to customer needs. Given the technical nature of the solutions, the ideal candidate would have a strong foundation in technology (particularly software).
