Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in South East Asia, with opportunities for remote work. As Head of International Business Development, you will lead efforts to expand PROPELLER's global reach. Responsibilities include developing and executing international business strategies, fostering cross-border partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing B2B matchmaking operations. You will play a pivotal role in curating seamless trade missions and crafting innovative market entry approaches to drive growth for client businesses.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in International Business Development and International Business strategy
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends and opportunities in global markets
  • 5y+ Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive measurable results
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and lead cross-border business initiatives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of market entry strategy frameworks and business ecosystems
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional language skills are an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
