As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Network Services to lead our infrastructure and network services division. This is a critical leadership role that will shape and deliver high-value solutions for our diverse clientele across industries.
Role Overview
You will oversee infrastructure and network-related projects, provide technical leadership, and ensure excellence in solution design, implementation, and post-sales support. The role requires deep expertise in network security, firewall management, and infrastructure architecture, combined with proven experience in client-facing project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and deployment of network infrastructure and IT services for clients.
- Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring best practices in architecture, patching, upgrading, and maintenance.
- Building a team of engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points.
- Act as the primary technical interface with customers, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring project success.
- Deliver post-sales support, troubleshooting, and day-2 operations management.
- L2/L3 support
- Ensure compliance with security standards and high service availability.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in network infrastructure and security.
- Proven leadership in roles such as Technical Lead, or Team Lead.
- diploma or higher in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Professional certifications preferred:
- Fortinet Certified Professional (FortiGate, FortiClient EMS)
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
- Avaya Implementation Specialist
- Palo Alto / Checkpoint Firewall certifications
- Knowledge with a wide range of technologies: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Avaya, Ruckus, Aruba, HPE, Mellanox, Juniper, Ubiquiti, Checkpoint, etc.
- Strong project portfolio including experience with large organisations or government agencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
