Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Operations and Information Technology, including the ability to manage and oversee day-to-day operations of IT systems.
- Strong expertise in IT Management and IT Service Management to ensure seamless service delivery and system functionality.
- Experience in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues effectively.
- Strong understanding of data security and system implementation to safeguard information and ensure compliance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Proven experience in leadership or management roles within IT operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, software updates, and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
