Head of Information Technology (IT) & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead major IT/ ERP system implementations and IT operational enhancements across both headquarter and group levels.
• Upcoming ERP migration large scale multimillion dollars project leader.
• Deliver robust, reliable IT solution standardization that empower business operation's needs.
• Translate organizational goals into forward-thinking IT/ ERP strategies and executable plans.
• Ensure the performance, integrity, and cybersecurity of all systems and services deliverables are in place.
• Oversee subsidiaries IT budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Maximise IT/ ERP team performance and value to the organization.
• Coordinate with external vendor partnerships to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
• Full cycle of strategic IT/ ERP project implementation
• IT/ ERP leadership and mentorship holistically to align with company's roadmap.
• Part of management team for ideas and solution in company's best interest.
• Ensure yearly IT audit points less than 5 findings and ensure the risk are being addressed.
• Cybersecurity sustainability matters and improvements for the entire organization.
• Working with multiple stakeholders within the Group entities.
• Reported to CFO and CEO on IT/ ERP technology initiatives and IT/ ERP compliance.
• Expert matters in SAP, Server infrastructure, network design and desktop support.
• Act as Group Head of IT/ ERP for subsidiaries on IT and ERP related matters.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years experience in people management skills and managing medium to large enterprise.
• At least 10 years experience in IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity and audit.
• At least 10 years experience in ERP business operation and implementation.
• Experience in managing C suites and head of departments.
• CISA certified will be added advantage.
• CISSP certified will be added advantage.
• SAP certified will be added advantage.
• IT / ERP leadership and mentorship Globally. Manage Africa's SAP and IT team.
• Strategic IT/ ERP Planning & Roadmap Execution for large scale Global project.
• Management in SAP ECC6 / S/4HANA (FI/CO, CO/PC, MM, SD, PS, BW, BPC, PM, QM)
• ECC 6.0 Hardware Migration Project (from Beijing to Shanghai)
• Cybersecurity & Compliance (CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001)
• Global Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Project Management (PMP, PMBOK, SDLC, Agile, SCRUM)
• Vendor & Budget Management (IT Procurement, Contracting, SLA, CAPEX)
• Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure Administration
• Server (Windows/Linux), VMware, Hyper V, Cisco Networks, Firewalls
• VAPT, SOC, CCOP, Endpoint Security, Sophos Anti-Virus
• Proficient bilingual written and verbal communication skills as one needs to manage our English and Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
