Overview:

A hands-on IT manager responsible for campus-wide IT operations, cybersecurity, and data governance. The role manages IT infrastructure, endpoints, applications, user support, and AV technology, while also serving as the school's Data Protection Officer. Works across departments to drive digital and AI-related initiatives aligned with the school's Master Plan roadmap. This role is based on-site, 5 days a week; occasional after-hours support for events and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the IT team to deliver reliable and secure IT & AV operations.

2. Comply with IT, cybersecurity and PDPA policies and standards.

3. Effective cross functional collaboration and senior stakeholder engagement.

4. Smooth IT & AV services for academic, students, and administrative functions.

5. Lead DR/BCP and incident response, including bi-annual drills for resilience readiness.

6. Strengthen the upkeep of core applications and support for digital/AI transformation.

7. Handle IT vendor procurement, service-level monitoring, and cost-effective IT planning and budgeting.

Candidate Profile:

58 years of IT management experience with technical depth in cloud and on-premises environments.

Tertiary education in IT or related field. Holders of professional certification is a plus.

Skilled in networks, infrastructure, enterprise systems and modern endpoint management.

Confident leader and communicator, highly organized and calm under pressure.

Experience in education sector is a big plus.

Must be Singaporean/SPR.
