Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business processes and competitiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT infrastructure and operations.
- Oversee the management and support of key business applications and systems.
- Establish and enforce IT security policies, risk management practices, and compliance protocols.
- Manage the IT budget, control costs, and oversee vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage).
- Strong background in digital transformation, IT governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems (ERP and ETRM).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
