What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that drive organisational performance, culture, and leadership capability

• Lead all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, rewards, and employee engagement

• Advise senior leadership and Board on workforce strategy, organisational design, and change management

• Champion culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation

• Drive HR governance, policy, and compliance while embedding best practices across all functions

• Build and lead a high-performing HR executive team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive organisational impact

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
• 15 - 20 years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent in senior executive leadership roles overseeing large, complex organisations
• Proven success in enterprise-wide HR strategy, workforce transformation, and leadership development
• Deep expertise in talent management, performance frameworks, rewards, employee engagement, and change management
• Strong experience advising C-suite executives and Boards on people strategy, organisational design, and risk
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Data-driven and strategic, able to translate HR insights into actionable business outcomes
• Demonstrated career stability with sustained leadership impact
