Head of HR Business Partnering
We are hiring a Head of HR Business Partnering on behalf of a high-growth fintech company specializing in payments (fiat and cryptocurrency) solutions. The firm is at the forefront of financial innovation, offering cutting-edge payment infrastructure and services across key markets. As they continue scaling, they seek an experienced HR Business Partnering leader to drive organizational development, talent strategy, and culture-building initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic BP mindset, experience in high-growth environments, and a strong track record in organization design, talent development, and leadership coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HRBP initiatives that foster agility and innovation in a dynamic fintech environment.
Organization Development & Culture Building:
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth and transformation.
- Build an inclusive and high-performance work culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Talent & Performance Management:
- Develop and execute talent management frameworks, including performance evaluation, career development, and leadership programs.
- Implement best-in-class HR practices to identify, nurture, and retain top talent.
- Drive initiatives for upskilling, coaching, and employee growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, preferably in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology companies.
- Strong expertise in organization development, talent strategy, and leadership coaching.
- Experience in culture-building and change management within scaling organizations.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
