Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with organisational goals, provide workforce advisory support, and drive HR transformation and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Lead manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent pipeline development to ensure the organisation attracts and retains high-quality talent.
  • Strengthen the organisation's employer value proposition, enhance employee retention strategies, and build a competitive talent brand within the healthcare sector.
  • Drive leadership development, capability-building programmes, career pathways, and organisational development initiatives to support workforce growth and future readiness.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture by leading employee engagement, wellbeing, communication, and staff experience initiatives that reinforce organisational values.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks, support leadership in driving accountability and development, and ensure compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive and sustainable
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, payroll oversight, budgeting, and governance while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, healthcare regulations, and organisational standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business
  • At least 10 years of HR experience
  • Prior experience in healthcare organisation
