  • Strengthen the organisation's employer value proposition, enhance employee retention strategies, and build a competitive talent brand within the healthcare sector.
  • Drive leadership development, capability-building programmes, career pathways, and organisational development initiatives to support workforce growth and future readiness.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture by leading employee engagement, wellbeing, communication, and staff experience initiatives that reinforce organisational values.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks, support leadership in driving accountability and development, and ensure compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive and sustainable
