- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional HNW customer proposition strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Drive innovation in product design, service delivery, and customer engagement models to create a differentiated value proposition that stands out in a competitive landscape.
- Partner with Great Eastern distribution channels, including Great Eastern and OCBC group, to co-develop industry-leading solutions across the HNW wealth continuum.
- Collaborate with partners to curate premium experiences that enhance customer loyalty and differentiate our offerings in the HNW segment.
- Ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives that maximize cross-selling opportunities and deepen client relationships
- Manage and execute strategic and tactical projects and events to foster community and trust among customers, ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative insurance solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine propositions and curate compelling partnerships to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
