Reporting to Group Head, of High Net Worth, this pivotal role aims to capitalize on fast growing opportunities in the insurance sector by creating a differentiated, premium customer experience that drives loyalty, revenue growth and market leadership in Asia.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional HNW customer proposition strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Drive innovation in product design, service delivery, and customer engagement models to create a differentiated value proposition that stands out in a competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Great Eastern distribution channels, including Great Eastern and OCBC group, to co-develop industry-leading solutions across the HNW wealth continuum.
  • Collaborate with partners to curate premium experiences that enhance customer loyalty and differentiate our offerings in the HNW segment.
  • Ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives that maximize cross-selling opportunities and deepen client relationships
  • Manage and execute strategic and tactical projects and events to foster community and trust among customers, ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative insurance solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine propositions and curate compelling partnerships to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
  • Create platforms for networking and knowledge-sharing among HNW clients to build a sense of community and strengthen brand affinity
  • Continuously adapt offerings to address emerging trends and client expectations, ensuring relevance and value.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and acquisition channels that expand market reach and reinforce client loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance team to design exclusive value propositions and foster deep client engagement to deliver exceptional commercial outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction, coaching, and professional development to empower team members to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate reputational and operational risks by ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Ensure all propositions and activities adhere to regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and internal compliance policies
