We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Strategy Director to drive growth, partnerships, and strategic development initiatives across our pet care and medical boarding business in Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Develop and execute business growth strategies across grooming, boarding, and medical boarding services
- Identify new revenue streams including premium services and product lines
- Evaluate regional expansion opportunities within Southeast Asia
2. Business Development
- Establish and manage partnerships with veterinary clinics, suppliers, and distributors
- Build strategic alliances to enhance service offerings and customer acquisition
- Leverage international networks to drive inbound business opportunities
3. Operational Strategy & SOP Development
- Design and implement SOPs for medical boarding and specialised care services
- Train and upskill local staff in handling, care protocols, and service delivery standards
- Improve operational efficiency and service consistency across the business
4. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Lead high-level marketing strategy and brand positioning
- Develop customer segmentation and targeted growth campaigns
- Oversee digital and offline marketing performance metrics
